This workshop teaches local government professionals how to effectively listen to employees.  You will learn about employee voice and organizational silence; map out your organization’s current “voice” quotient; identify different tools for eliciting and managing voice, along with their advantages and disadvantages; and devise a plan for improving employee voice within your organization.
