The Academic Fellows of the Local Government Workplaces Initiative conduct social science research on different aspects of public organizations. Partnering with UNC School of Government Professor Leisha DeHart-Davis, these scholars craft research projects that produce valid and reliable organizational intelligence for local governments, as well as academic publications for research and teaching.
